🚚 Shipping & Delivery
1. How long does shipping take within South Africa?

Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth): 2–5 business days
- Smaller towns & rural areas: 5–10 business days

We use The Courier Guy, Fastway, or PostNet for reliable delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
✅ Answer:
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over R650 within South Africa. For orders below R500, a flat shipping fee of R119 applies.
3. Can I track my order?
✅ Answer:
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.
4. What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
✅ Answer:
We take full responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. If your order doesn’t arrive within 14 days of dispatch or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll either:
- Resend your order (if lost)
- Refund or replace the damaged items
5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within South Africa. However, we’re working on expanding to Namibia, Botswana, and Eswatini soon—stay tuned!

11. Do you sell prescription pet medications?

No, we do not sell prescription medications (e.g., flea/tick treatments, antibiotics). For these, please consult your local vet. We do, however, offer natural supplements, grooming tools, and over-the-counter pet care products.
12. How do I choose the right size for my pet?

Most of our products (e.g., collars, harnesses, clothing) come with a size guide in the product description. If you’re unsure:
- Measure your pet (neck, chest, length) and compare with our sizing chart.

16. How do I return an item?

- We’ll email you a return label (if applicable) or instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us (you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).
- Once received, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days (original payment method).
17. What if I receive a defective or wrong item?
